Horizontal Balers
The HPK Series of horizontal balersare used when high volumes of recyclables such as paper, cardboard or plastic are to be processed into stable, high-density bales. Baling is fully automatic, and the bales are easily stackable and this enables user to further reduce the space required for storing bales.
Each customers can select from a range of loading options such as bin lifter, through the wall chute, air conveying system, chain driven conveyor.
The side pressure of the baling channel is manually or automatically adjustable. An industrial programmable controller allows selection of bale length and ensures efficient compressing of bales with maximum reduction of material volume.
